The only good thing I found in this place was the staff there, they were very friendly and nice. The food… the buffet is only pizza and some pasta which wasn’t very good. They had like three different pizzas and they ran out of it very fast so we had to wait for a while to eat something. I will never come back to this Pizza Hut.

Looked up their menu online(which said last updated 2 weeks prior) so I looked through what I wanted, rang in to place an order for COLLECTION and she very aggressively said«we do not deliver» to which I calmly told her«that’s nice, I want to collect though» I then gave her my order, 3 items in total — 2 of which had to be changed because the menu that was just updated needed to be updated again as they don’t make the foods I wanted anymore ! Overall good wasn’t that good, just average really, the staff were rude and when ordering she asked how long I would be too which I said 30 mins but when I got there I still ended up waiting about 20 – 25 minutes! Wouldn’t recommend

The most godawful bland and doughy pizzas in Dublin. Service is good though, efficient and friendly. I also had the chicken wings for starter, tasteless chicken AND tasteless bbq sauce. Well done folks.

In many countries all you can eat buffet options are a commonplace. In Ireland this does not happen so often so I really wanted to try this buffet and I love deep dish American style pizzas. For 10 euro per head to have loads of pizza, I decided to try. The location is great in D2 close to Grafton Street but the place itself when you get inside is very cramped with a few uncomfortable wooden chairs and some booths in the back close to the buffet. I did not really eat much because there were only the average of 3 flavors and there was not even a name tag with the flavor on the top of the display so sometimes you could see yourself wondering«mm is this a piece of tuna or a very tiny meatball?». I went with a big group of people and as soon as more people were arriving I could see the pizzas being cut in smaller pieces and the display being left empty for 15 minutes at times, while people were waiting for more — and of course only the same flavors would come. The pasta is not even really appreciated as it is left in a small corner behind the pizza and it seems too saucy and greasy. The salad bar was not very complete and the lettuce looked very old. Okay, I enjoyed it because of the company and lots of cheese but the service is really unpleasant. The waitress is rude and a friend of mine left her phone charging close to our table so we could see it and suddenly the phone was gone. When we inquired about it, the waitress interrupted us very bluntly and said«do not ever leave the phone, do not ever do that!». Okay, our full responsibility and we were looking but we could not even say«thanks I guess» at the end of such manner. I love their pizzas in general so I guess they should improve what they are offering or put the price a bit down, as I have been to the very same type of buffet provided by the same chain in Sweden and it was cheaper and much better — in quality, service and offered the free refill of sodas as well — which in this Dublin branch exists — so you pay 13 euro instead of 10 and 3 euro for each soda, but it is not even advertised, so no one really knows.

On our way back from a shopping spree, decided to stop here for our hungry stomach. They had good meal deals showcased outside. A quick check on earlier reviews told me to avoid the buffet and it turned out to be a good choice as the pizza selection was very limited in the buffet. The starters: Cheese garlic bread — good Garlic King Prawns — ok and relatively smaller portion We ordered the Veggie Supreme pizza to share, while the pizza itself was good, the service was slow and the coke we ordered was flat without fizz. We informed the server and they changed it for Sprite(a bit better). On the good side — they are flexible to change toppings of your choice; some places I have visited before were set in stone. Overall, pizza hut is a just good enough place for a quick bite but there are better joints out there which serves superior pizzas.

Tried the buffet with family. Prices for buffet are good, food was awful, pizza was average and warm, pasta shouldn’t be made here. Overall I’m disappointed because I like Pizza Hut, maybe it’s just this one

We dropped into Pizza hut on a rainy weekend where we just wanted to get in somewhere and it had been years since we had Pizza hut or a pizza buffet. The cost is 10 € per person but don’t think you will get your money’s worth. They have between 6 – 10 different pizza trays for pizza but unfortunately all but 3 were always empty. They were slow to bring out new ones and those out were the straggler pieces nobody seemed to want. Definitely not fresh. I think I complianed three or four times to different people including the cooks over the course of the hour I was there about the very limited quantity or selection. I kept getting excuses about the time it takes to cook the pizza but I could tell they were definitely holding back putting out more pizza. I ended up spending € 10 and eating old unsatisfying pizza. I could have bought a large fresh pizza in town for that and had much better quality.

Who wants to eat lukewarm pizza? Certainly not me. But I did. And I regret it. For the price you pay for the buffet, it is not worth it. With drink prices tacked on top of the food, it is not ideal. For somewhere to kick back and sit down for a while, Pizza Hut does work well. The service was not great as the waitress took a long time to ask us if we wanted a drink or then if we wanted refills. I think she was the only person working the tables as well. It was a mediocre dining experience. I’m not sure what else there is to say about it.

Les pizzas sont moyennes, les pâtes sans intérêts. Quelques légumes en Irlande au buffet, ça fait quand même du bien.

I’ll make this one short because there isn’t much more I can say than what the previous reviewers have to say. Went here for their buffet(drinks cost extra) and was just so disappointed. Went in their with low expectations and still upset. Some pizzas were cold on the buffet table and pizzas were so greasy. Service was nice but it was just one guy working like 10 tables, poor guy, but still made an effort to talk to us and have some laughs. He’s the only reason this place got 2 stars, because it wasn’t the food unfortunately.

Its been a long long time since I visited a Pizza Hut. The pizzas were not something I particularly liked. However I was in a hurry a couple of weeks back and we popped in. The pizza’s are much improved, not as greasey and the portions/value is decent enough. There are much better pizza’s to be had in dublin, but this offers excellent value for money.

Soooo I come to Ireland and end up at a Pizza Hut? How does that work? I don’t even eat at Pizza Hut in the States. The story was that my friends and I were desperately searching for a quick [I mean, speed-of-light-quick] bite to eat before our Rural Pub Tours [which I HIGHLY recommend!]. This was the only place we found around that would be quick to take out – we were limited! We ordered an individual size pizza for all three of us and we scarfed it down faster than you can say«Pizza Hut» and then we ran out of there and made it in time to our tour. I don’t know if I was really hungry but the pizza was really good– I mean, really good. I really don’t like the Pizza Hut pizza from home but this was SOGOOD. Can’t comment on the service but the hostess who took our order was super sweet and helpful. It hit the spot.

I went for their 10 Euro buffet. I had been wanting to try it for a while, so I finally got to. So, for around 13 Euro you get Soda w/Refills, 5 – 8 «different» pizzas, a mini salad bar, and soft serve ice cream. The ice cream had squirt bottles of syrup next to it that get all over your hand when you use it(it’s on a cone after all), but no biggy. The pizzas were basically cheese with a little bit of corn on some, or sausage on another or veggie on a third, with their main difference being the thickness of the crust. That is what you’re paying for, the ability to have thin and then thick cheese pizza. The salad bar was pretty disappointing, it was so small that it took me two visits just to find which container had the lettuce in it, plus there was only one kind of dressing. So, kinda disappointing, but to be fair I had a good time. The staff was super nice, and I really like to let that go a long way. I really do appreciate nice people, so all in all it was a good lunch,

Changed for the Worse Price: 10 euros for all you can eat buffet, fairly standard buffet price in Dublin. Service: Mixed. Atmosphere: Cramped. Food: Meh. It used to be a nice place to go for lunch. You could get the lunch buffet for a 10 Euros and that would include ice cream, with toppings, and syrup. Those times were good. Things are different now. They’ve really tightened the belt. If you go in between 12 and 2, it’ll often be busy. Cramped. They have the capacity of having 4 buffet stands open, but will often just have one functioning. The last time we were there(last week), I pointed out to my co-worker that once again just one stand is open to serve 30 people. One of the employees overheard and confronted me, giving out to me — I was amused at her brazen nature at the time, but really that is unacceptable and rude. The pizza itself is average, perhaps a bit under average — but it’s what you’d expect from pizza hut. They will fill the buffet with loads of strange pizzas that most people won’t grab. The ones that disappear quickly are pepperoni and the plain cheese. For some reason, however, they are slow at putting these out. The draw of paying a tenner for a buffet is that you’d be able to eat your fill of pizza. This draw fails when there’s not enough pizza to timely serve all the hungry patrons. A few weeks ago, they took the sprinkles for the ice cream away and said it has been discontinued. Last week they took the bowls away and now you have to use a cone. They also have a sign stating«One per person.» A sign of the times I suppose. A sign saying ‘have lunch elsewhere.’

mmmm forbidden cheese! You’d think after my last disastrous pizza hut experience in Liffey Valley I’d be put of Pizza Hut forever — not true the Suffolk st branch is goooood… ok maybe it’s just that pan pizza(or the fried pizza as I like to call it) that you just can’t get anywhere else that’s so goood. Sometimes I dream about that pizza! For starter I had forbidden cheese melts, then forbidden pizza, then sticky toffee pudding with forbidden cream(I have a dairy allergy)… it was great for a dairy blow out… I havem’t experienced any bad effects yet… apart from being a bit jittery from the free refils of pepsi max — way too much caffeine! They have some great deals at the moment — 3 courses for 15 euro. we were stuffed after. nom nom nom… the toilets are still horrible!

Being a big pizza fan, it pains me to say that the pizza in Pizza Hut is rather mediocre. It would certainly be on the lower end of my ‘places to grab a slice’ list, but I have been here many a time. If you’re wondering why after I said it’s only alright I have three words for you: Week day buffet. Perhaps that should be a hyphenated word and a second word, but whatever. The buffet is great if you have the appetite for it. It’s nine euro and is the really the only reason you should be going to Pizza Hut. The service is only alright as is the food, but if you’re a quantity not quality kinda guy or gal, hit the buffet.

Pizza Hut is a great little restaurant. I know restaurant is probably a loose definition of the place, but you know its a peg above the average fast food place, but inevitably a peg below«actual» places. I have always found the place to be extremely comfortable, my friends and I are happy to spend an hour or two in there just eating and chatting, and to their credit the staff are happy to have us there. The pizza I am very fond of, though there are people who really dislike it. And for desert I cannot recommend enough the hot cookie dough desert. There is also a great buffet at lunch time, which can be alot of fun… just pace yourself.
