Specialties
Tortas = Gourmet Mexican Sandwich. Pablo’s specialty contains slow-cooked pulled pork tinga style, he therefore decided to call it the Tinga Torta. Other popular varieties include Chicken Izo (Chicken & chorizo in one sandwich!), Sloppy José (A Mexican take on the sloppy joe) and the Sweet Pepper (a sturdy and tasty vegetarian sandwich). And don’t forget — The El Magnifico!
Pablo prepares the torta fillings daily, including jalapeño mayonnaise, roast, pasilla chicken, chipotle ground beef and pulled pork.
Don’t forget Pablos Paleo Boxes! Steak, chilli & cacao sprinkles over a bed of raw spinach and rocket and feta or roasted chicken and roasted peppers over a bed of raw spinach and rocket and guacamole!
