This is one of the bigger New Looks, and while smaller than, say Blanch, I find the range is better and more reflective of the full range of stock online. They have the plus size and teen ranges available, as well as a well-stocked men’s section, but unfortunately their tall section seems to be almost completely gone. I love their shoe section though — it’s absolutely enormous and you can spend hours in there just trying on shoes. The shop has some quirky features — you can take pictures of yourself in outfits in the fitting room — but overall, it’s a well-laid out store with good rotating stock and great sales when they’re on. Friendly staff and great proximity to a host of other similar stores like Forever 21, Topshop, Ms Selfridge, and others.

New Look is one of my favourite stores in Dublin to shop and I get a lot of my clothes in there. I like the way everything is so cheap, and this store is pretty big so I’m often spoiled for choice! They always have the latest high street trends on the upper floor, and on the lower floor there’s the usual stuff like office clothes, basics, genes, accessories, a few label ranges and they’re massive shoe selection. They also keep a well stocked range of sizes and offer student discount. The negative is that the quality is not great. I don’t know about the jeans, but the other clothes and shoes tend to not last very long(hence the low price), but I’m guessing that the idea quantity over quality/brand labels, so you just wear it while the trends last before moving on to the next. Also, the sales here are a pain to look through. It’s all unorganised so you would have to root and pray you find something nice and is in your size.
this is a great store, always well stocked and neat n tidy. they stock a wide rage of sizes, have a huge shoe and handbag selection and selection of nightwear and slippers. staff are really friendly and helpful and anytime ive returned something they have been very nice and never had an issues. its a lovely bright store that’s easy to move around in and the dressing rooms are always tidy too.

I am a huge New Look fan having lived in Manchester for a while. Up until now the Irish branches have been a bit rubbish when compared to the massive one in the Arndale I used to frequent so I was delighted when their biggest ever branch opened 15 minutes walk from my apartment. Ok so the clothes are not always the best quality but sometimes you can get some really decent stuff, I have a pair of jeans that I bought there two years ago still going strong. I had to go in on opening day because I had bought a jumper in the Edinburgh branch which had a hole in it,(if you read my other reviews you’ll know I’m jinxed with this happening to me). The staff were really nice, running all over to find me a supervisor so I could ask about the tricky euro/sterling return policy. She told me I could just do a straight swap for another jumper because they didn’t have the same one in stock, grand. I even got some more money back because there was another 20% off knitwear on the day! By the way, if you an employee of this New Look reading this review, God bless you, you must have the patience of a saint. I once worked in a Dunnes during the Christmas rush and I swore blind after that I would never go back to retail again. Being in here on a Saturday six weeks before Christmas confirmed this view. Having said that while there were big queues for the changing rooms and the tills it all moved a lot faster than I expected. Good customer service, smiley staff(despite how busy it always is) and a massive selection of clothes, two thumbs up.

I’ve been a fan of New Look for some time, mainly since I walked into the one in Belfast. Up until now New Look in Dublin has been located in out of the way shopping centres, but halleluja! they finally came to town, and they did it right. It’s actually where topshop was in the Jervis Centre and it has a smallish space on the ground floor — but the basement is an alladin’s cave of clothes and accessories. OK New Look is low end rather than high end fashion, but the quality of the clothes is similar to what you find in many more expensive shops. And because the clothes are cheaper I feel more at liberty to buy cheeky and different items, because I haven’t lost much if I decide not to wear them. they cater for different shapes and sizes with plus size, tall and maternity ranges and they have shoes and shoes and shoes. the dressing room area is done quite well with lots of little cubicle and they’re quite long so you can actually stand back and look at yourself properly in the mirror. I didn’t get that much time to look around last night because I ran in quite close to closing, but I still managed to buy some clothes and accessories, and I’m dying to return to have a proper look at all the shoes… also you have to love the giant shoe shaped seats in the shoe section! I love it!
