Neelu is amazing. I have been going monthly to get my eyebrows shaped. I would definitely recommend her if you too had a period in your youth where you overplucked and are now regretting that 90’s trend. She really knows how to get the right shape for your face. I trust her completely now. Your eyebrows grow back bit by bit and become softer if you don’t touch the tweezers and let Neelu thread them instead.
Definitely try it out for a few months and see the difference.

I have been going to Neelu’s for almost two years now and she has really made a huge difference to my previously overplucked and asymmetrical eyebrows. I have been to two other threading places before and have found her the best so far — I was always in more pain in the other places and also not always happy with the results. By now I wouldn’t go anywhere else anymore. Her technique is rather gentle and she is always up for a friendly chat.
Neelu is very honest and will tell you if your brows need long-​time work so I do understand where the other reviewer is coming from. However if you want results and have the patience to get them, this is the right place to go.

I had my first eyebrow threading here. I must admit that Neelu does not come across well over the phone, she is quite abrupt. However, I found her very friendly once you are there. She is quite chatty and laid back which reminded me of some of the smaller local salons I often go to. I have nowhere else to compare it to, but as it is probably an uncomfortable procedure anyway, Neelu seems to do a good job and is very experienced. I think € 18 is a bit expensive for eyebrows but I did go back a second time!

By far the rudest woman I have ever had the displeasure of coming across in the beauty industry. She obviously does not know that insulting customers will result in them never returning.
I went here on my lunch break to have my eyebrows threaded. I was having a very stressful week and didn’t really did not appreciate the way I was spoken to, lectured and insulted by this woman. She was downright rude and offensive and I would never go back here.
Don’t go here, awful woman.
