Ok, so far so good. 7lb in two weeks but it is expensive. I joined it for the one to one weekly meetings and the ‘holistic’ approach they take to losing weight and for me it works. I am managing to stay focused, on track and have surprised myself at how well it is going. Diet is easy, I’m full and satisfied, the motivation exercises including cd, worksheets and book all help keep the focus. and their tips for coping with stressful situations, eating out etc. are extremely useful and work. Early days yet so will keep you informed of progress.
