Authentic Vintage Hair and Make-​up from the 1920’s to the 1960’s and beyond. Locks and Lashes transform women of all ages and bring them on a journey of hair and make-​up through the ages. We want to inspire you: Dare to be different!

We offer individual appointments, wedding, hen party and birthday packages. We also do our own vintage beauty workshops and events.

History

Established in 2013.

In 2013 Maureen, professional film hairdresser and stylist, and Maite, professional make-​up artist with a degree in theatre & film decided to share their love for vintage styles with the ladies of Dublin.

Since then they have been featured in or worked on TV3 Morning Show, Xpose, RTE and RTE Digital Radio, The Irish Times Magazine and Social and Personal.

Wow, I am in love with this place!
I had my hair and makeup done for a vintage modelling gig on Sunday, and had mentioned to a few friends before hand how I hate letting other people do either for me, but I am well and truly over that after LOVING how I looked leaving. They specialise in vintage looks, anything from the 20s-​70s, and my hair was a real highlight for mean intricate 40s roll and up-​do, and something I fear I will never be able to recreate for myself. I am afraid I don’t know their prices but if you don’t have to sell a kidney to afford a trip in here on a special occasion I would consider it worth it!
