Like me, Julia Ross are from Australia, so I was instantly attracted. They’re also a big, well known agency. My theory was that this would mean they had the most contacts and would be most likely to find me a job. Unfortunately, they seemed really disorganised. I had several people handling my ‘file,’ none of whom seemed to be talking to each other. Emails were lost. Phone calls were not returned. They had two weeks to find me a job but couldn’t seem to, even though other agencies could. They called me about six months ago and I haven’t heard from them since!
