Essentials Holistic Centre was set up by Jenny Sheridan in 2012. Jenny has a wealth of experience in holistic therapies having practised and taught since 1997

There is a wonderful group of therapists and teachers working from the centre all all of them very experienced & passionate about what they do

Business Owner

Jenny Sheridan is the owner & manager of Essentials Holistic Centre in Malahide where she practises and teaches a wide range of therapies

She has worked form many locations including the Healing House in Phibsboro, Tree of Life Malahide, Healing Hands at Work in Bray, Malahide Community School and amny other locations.

She holds ITEC Diplomas in Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy, Anatomy & Physiology, Indian Head Massage and Sports Massage

Other qualifications include Reiki Levels 1,2 and 3; Tuina Acupressure, Chelation Healing, Counselling Skills, Holistic Facial, Reflexology for Pregnancy, Reflexology for Cancer & Palliative care, Cancer Care Massage
