Broke a spoke and took my wheel in on a Saturday, picked it up on Monday, new spoke installed and the wheel was trued. Nice job and quick turnaround for a very reasonable price. My wife had a flat recently and I had already replaced the tube, but the cord of the tire was broken, so I needed a new tire, that was added in too for not much more. Overall a nice shop for repairs and parts.

I’m sorry to hear that Nicole had a bad experience, I have always found the owner to be very helpful and knowledgeable, I brought my bike in to get a new tyre and when I came back the next day he admitted straight away he was not able to fix it (something about Dawes bikes being awkward) and apologised and gave me a free inner tube to bring to the next place so I would not have to pay as much. Very impressed.
