I’ve been searching all ober the city for a fitbit charger. I came in here to ask if they had one. A blonde man with facial hair told me no, but try Melvin’s. He said it was a ten minute walk away and they might have it. I looked them up on my phone and tried calling them but it didn’t work (I’m foreign). I asked him (politely) if he would mind calling them for me. I had the number and he had a phone right nect to him.
He said, «No.» I should have asked for his name but I was honestly too shocked by his rudeness to say anything but «No?» to which he repeated, «No.»
Wow. Get your electronics somewhere else.

Got a quote over the phone that went €€€ up as soon as the phone was biked over. Advise to call in rather then currier device over.

Very disappointed with GSM Solutions. They made a good client spend more than € 120 euros on a faulty Nexus 5 when, as experts and as advertised on their website, they should have told me to bin the phone, because it was too damaged to be repaired.
I’m afraid I no longer recommend them.

I took my HTC One to change the screen. They returned my phone in bits. The screen is ok but the assemble looks really made by an amateur and some pieces literally fell over. I had to take it somewhere else. Never came back.

They operate around the corner from where I live, and I’ve been going to them for nearly 5 years now, and their standards have been dropping every year. Now, admittedly I shouldn’t have put up with them for so long on the basis that I’ve never found any of the regular store clerks friendly (in fact, I’ve always found them to be very sour-​faced and all «mumble-​mumble» when they speak to you), but I put up with it because of the «no fix, no pay» policy, and I’ve been pleased with their repairs. But not lately. A year ago, they couldn’t repair my speakers, so i brought them home and managed to find a simple solution to my problem, one that I’m shocked never occurred to them and they also gave no suggestions. More recently, I had a virus on my computer that threatened to wipe my hard-​drive if i didn’t pay about 1,000 bitcoin, so I wen’t around different places to get opinions, several places saying it was a legitimate threat and they would charge me a certain amount to restore the laptop and a higher amount to remove the virus and keep my hard-​drive intact… i went to GSM Solutions, and all i got was «well…you can pay the bitcoin. You can buy it here!» and then he looked at me, and went silent… and didn’t offer an alternative, as if i had any intention of paying 1000 bitcoin! Why did he not EVEN try to suggest something else. It’s like he didn’t want me in the shop!
I should have known better than to return to them even more recently with an Ipod problem. I handed it it, had to wait over 2 weeks for them to send off the item to get the motor-​board changed, and just yesterday i got it back, paid out 75 euros… and it still doesn’t work! I took it back, and demanded a refund… but they told me that they had to send it back to the repair factory and see if i can get a refund., with ABSOLUTELY no compassion, no extra information and with a general tone of «i want the customer to just leave now».
This review has basically been a rant… in fact, it is the third draft, and the others were far longer and had far more swearing. Summing up, I’m taking my business elsewhere, and i suggest everyone who reads this to do the same. Find a place where your custom will be valued. To GSM solutions, you are an intrusion.

Dissatisfied with the cost and overall quality of the fix. Staff were pleasant however and able to fix the phone, which is key, however this resulted in damage to the phone (albeit a notoriously difficult model to amend, HTC One).
Repair — eternal loop on power button (stuck in after a fall)
Fix — exposing top of phone to relieve pressure (essentially digging out a hole of the plastic bonding)

They sell a lot of worthless fake products.
Buyed apple earpods there and asked if they are genuine products.
They answered yes.
The earphones felt in its parts after one week, one speaker stopped working after one day and they also sounded shitty.
I also wanted to buy an iPhone 4s display unit there (they also called it «original product») but it was way to expensive (compared to other stores) and also no original part.
Better go elsewhere.

Either this company do not know what they are doing or they deliberately tried to pull the proverbial wool over my eyes. The screen on my Iphone stopped working after a fall. My intuition told me that it was a loose video display connection problem as phone was functioning fine in all other regards. There was no way I was going to attempt removing the screen and make matters worse. I went into Gsm solutions on Jervis street as it was near by. They said they would give me a call with a quote later on in the day.
I received a quote for over 100 Euro as they said they had to send it away, and use a specialist machine, and it would take up to 2 weeks. I did not except their offer, and gratefully found a friend who said he would have a look at it for me. He unscrewed it and put it back together again. Problem solved. My Iphone was back working perfectly Ten minutes work in total. Cost to me: a couple of rounds for my friend and my deep gratitude

Great service. Went in to repair a smashed iPhone screen. They came recommended by O2 team; really friendly. Cost € 35, fixed in 5 mins.
Was very happy!
They do lots of gadgets etc as well, but was delighted by how efficient they were.

Would stay clear from this place. They claim to have extensive knowledge fixing iphones. Left my water damaged iphone 5 in to be looked at. Waited two weeks for what they said was a new part on order. Was then told too badly water damaged to be fixed. Asked what was my options and would Apple know they were at it to try have Apple fix it. Guy on desk said they needed to break some sort of holder inside the iphone to get at the said broken part as only Apple have the part to open it. Sent it back to Apple and Apples technicians said that phone chip had been destroyed from GSM opening it and sent me picture of chip as proof of damage. Absolute shambles of a company. Will never use you again and will make sure I spread the good word. An explanation would be nice! Haans
