these pople are greyhound are a joke, they owe m money since october and after me emailing and ringing them soooo many times they still havent given me a refund and its now april. there fast enough to take your money! theyve not collected my bin several times even tho i was in credit and they are VERY hard to get in contact
advice, dnt even think about going with greyhound!! they ar a load of rubbish haha

Agree with the other reviewers. Shockingly disorganized customer service system designed to frustrate even the simplest query or request. Avoid at all costs if any other option is available to you.

Greyhound took over Dublin’s waste disposal contract in January 2008. If you haven’t heard anyone bitching about them yet, you will. Myriad inscrutable layers of bureaucracy are now involved in the simplest of tasks: reporting a missed collection, requesting a new bin, signing up a new home to the waste collection service. It can become quite metaphysical. They will tell you your house does not exist. You will say, «Of course it %@#&!! exists I’m in it right now.» They will say, «Yeah but it doesn’t exist on the system.» Ah yes the system: you ring Greyhound, who tell you to ring Dublin City Council. So you ring Dublin City Council, who ask you have you not rang Greyhound. You explain that you have, so the Council fire an email over to Greyhound etc etc in a spiralling black hole of inefficiency and monumentally crap service.
