Poor customer service. Bought a bike under the bike to work scheme. Paid by credit card until the company money came through. FreeWheeling didn’t tell me for 3 months that the money had come through from my company. It then took another 3 weeks and numerous calls to get a refund against my credit card. Very poor overall, wouldn’t return.

Went in to buy chain oil, ended up having a nice chat with their mechanic who gave me a few maintenance tips and inflated my tires for free. Even though the accessories for sale there can be a bit pricey the service rates are fair. I recommend this place, great customer service!

Great bike shop on Pearse street. Good service and knowledgeable staff. The selection is not huge but good quality and their prices are reasonable. All in all a good retail experience. Apparently they are adding a coffee bar soon so you can have a coffee while you wait for your bike :-)
