Eden specializes in modern bistro cooking, taking ingredients that are classically Irish and preparing them in a fashion that can be described as more modern european.
The ecclectic wine list in Eden is constantly changing and evolving — it’s always a little quirky and a little chic. Our approach to wine is to source the best wine in each price point in an effort to try to offer a high quality product at a price that is approachable.
We also specialize in variety by changing our lunch and pre-theatre menus every week. We’ve added a € 10 Express lunch menu to offer more value and variety.
The Floor Staff (Sylvain, Sean, Treasa, Elaine, Stuart & Jen) are among some of the freindliest and most professional in the game. Our philosophy to serving customers is a blended approach of being attentive without overbearing, knowledgable without being snooty, and friendly without being over familiar.

Mark M.
Manager
Mark has been an Eden employee for the last 5 years during which time he has worked on both the management team and the floor staff team. Mark has over 17 years experience in hospitality in both his native America and in Europe. Marks most previous management project before Eden was with The Black Dog Tavern Co. of Martha’s Vineyard. His nickname is «The Lugger».
