They don’t have an huge selection of electrical but they keep it simple with the must have and essential stuff, such as TV, hoover, washing machine and fridges. It is worth to have a visit if you are in the shopping centre and you want to compare prices and models. Staff is friendly and helpful. In fact as it is not usually so crowded you can have assistance on the spot before buying and you don’t have to wait. Brands are always well known so the quality of the product is sound. I am satisfied with the service received and happy to come back in the future.

Its not a huge shop, so stock is limited but its got a bit of everything. It was clean and bright and we were left to browse for a few moments before being approached by a member of staff. As we already had the info we wanted about the TV we were looking to buy, we asked one question and then asked if it was in stock. They had 1, yay!!! They also had the sound system, yay!(take a hint other stores, if you have no stock, people won’t give you their money) «We’ll take it» we exclaimed and the woman went off to gather it up. Details were taken, payment was made, taxi was ordered to get the beast home. Just before our taxi arrived, the woman saleswoman was off shift, and before she left, she came over to us and asked if it was ok that someone else would help us get it into the taxi, or would we prefer her to wait. We said it was ok, and she could go, but as she was leaving our taxi arrived, so she came back in and helped us with it. Fair play! The only thing we had an issue with was when asking what connections we needed for the UPC box, no one knew. I feel they kinda should know. I mean, they sell TV’s. and lets face it, its either Sky or UPC so it wouldn’t be a massive effort for someone to note it down.
