Description

Specialties

Cycle Studio is Dublin’s first dedicated Indoor Cycling and Spinning Studio.

At Cycle Studio we are committed to providing a great mind-body workout and the best indoor cycling experience around. Our aim is to make it as easy and attractive as possible to fit a great cardiovascular workout into your day.

We cater to all fitness levels. Contrary to what a lot of people think, you do not need a high baseline fitness to start indoor cycling. Our classes can be as easy or as hard as you like, though we do like to see people sweat, just a little anyway! You will be led by great instructors playing great music but it is ultimately YOUR ride.

History

Established in 2013.

Cycle Studio is Dublin’s first dedicated Indoor Cycling and Spinning Studio. Owner, Paula O’Donnell saw and experienced the success of Spinning and Indoor Cycling in the UK and US markets. Although some gyms offered spinning classes here in Ireland there was a real need for a bespoke spinning studio. As, such she established Cycle Studio in Stillorgan.

We have a lot to offer our client base such as convenient location, frequent classes, flexible pricing, online booking system and the great atmosphere in our boutique style studio.

Meet the Business Owner

Paula O.

Business Owner

Paula is the owner and founder of Cycle Studio. After working for 20 years in business when the opportunity arose to do something different, she grabbed the chance to provide something that she was always looking for when exercising… a great, easily accessible cardio workout with lots of flexibility. She is particularly passionate about the quality of instruction offered and is herself a certified Spinning® Instructor and holds a REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) endorsed Level 3 Certificate in Fitness Instruction. Paula has tried and failed to get away from her love of ‘80s (cool not kitch!) music so you can expect plenty of that in her classes! U2, The Police, Talking Heads, Depeche Mode, (you get the drift) oh and some George Michael, Duranies and Elton!
