Crown Tree Services are an established professional Tree Surgery company based in South County Dublin, Ireland. We offer a wide range of tree services including everything from pruning to planting to tree removal and more. All work is carried out by trained and insured arborists of the highest professional standard so the client can have complete peace of mind knowing that all operations are completed safely, smoothly and expertly. Our philosophy is to deliver a high quality, eco-​friendly tree service at an affordable rate. The primary goal of Crown Tree Services is to maintain the well-​being and continued health of both amenity trees and privately owned trees, whilst also identifying problematic or hazardous trees that may pose a threat to people or property, and proceeding accordingly to remedy any dangers posed.

History

Established in 2008.

Crown Tree Services is still a budding new shoot at 4 years old this May. The work ethic of Crown Tree Services is reflective of the terms environmentally sound, eco– friendly, ecologically considerate or, in a one word summary: green. Where a tree can be preserved and nurtured it is our utmost goal to realise and achieve this. If the unfortunate occurs and a tree must come down due to ill health or a hazardous disposition, we provide service and advice on selecting and installing a suitable replacement. All recyclable materials generated by Crown Tree Services are either composted or utilized, nothing goes to waste, nothing is land-​filled. We have observed that more and more clients seek us out specifically as an environmentally friendly tree service, which is indescribably wonderful to hear that so many others are like-​minded and show concern for the well-​being of our beloved amenity trees.

Business Owner

My name is Sam Brady, I am a Director and tree surgeon of Crown Tree Services. I completed my NPTC training in Carlow with Tree Care Ireland in 2006. I am a keen arborist with a thorough understanding of tree biology and ill health in trees. My focal areas of interest are in tree hazard management, tree roots in the built environment, wood decay fungi and pathogen identification, diagnosis of ill health in trees in general, and maintaining aesthetics during tree care operations such as pruning.

Every day on the job reveals so many new details to me about the lives and survival of our amenity trees in a mostly suburban environment; the delicate balance of the ecology they belong to; how they support neighboring wildlife through the habitat and food they provide. Its a strange and beautiful dance and I feel truly blessed to be able to witness it from time to time through my work.
