Therapy approaches can include Person Centred, Choice Theory, Reality Therapy, CBT, Family Therapies, Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) — the approaches taken are always mindful of the needs of the person. Counsellors abide by the ethics and guidelines of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
