Choice Lettings with offices based in the Docklands and Clontarf is kind of Letting and Management service you won’t find everyday? Incorporated in January 2008, it is managed by Julie Higgins and Liz Toner.

Their main objectives for the company are:

Business Owner

Liz brings over 20 years experience in the Financial Services Industry to the company. She also has a wealth of experience in the private rented sector in Dublin

She works most of the time from their office in Docklands but also spends time each week in the office in Clontarf. With her strong focus on customer service Liz has strived to bring this ethos and commitment of customer service to Choice Lettings always looking to provide the highest levels of service to both landlords and tenants.

Liz started her career as a Bank Official and progressed to become Branch Manager in North Dublin. She left this position to pursue her own interests in the property industry and set up her own business Choice Lettings. Liz puts her success at Choice Lettings down to grass roots understanding of the business and a clear belief in the basic principles of good letting agency practice
