History
Established in 2005.
We have taken a landmark restaurant in North Dublin (Trotters of Fairview) and reinvented it. Canters Restaurant is a modern contemporary style restaurant in the heart of Fairview. We offer a wide variety of Modern Irish and European cuisine. Canters is a member of the Restaurant Association of Ireland and has been recommended by Georgina Campbell and Lucinda O Sullivan.
Canters is very popular for O2 and Croke Park gigs with special fixture and pre concert menus available,

Manager
Head Chef: Trained and worked in Wroclaw Poland before moving to London to gain experience in the restaurant sector which then brought him to Dublin where he worked in the Washerwoman Hill restaurant for two years before accepting the position of Head Chef in Canters Restaurant. He has created his menus using local suppliers and as much local Irish produce as possible.
