Founded in 2006, Abrivia is a specialist recruitment consultancy based in the heart of Dublin’s business district, Dublin 2. We have successfully established a reputation as one of the leading recruitment firms in the Irish marketplace, achieved by developing and maintaining close partnerships with many of the largest and most prestigious indigenous and multinational organisations. Donal O.

Business Owner

Donal is a Director of Abrivia Recruitment and leads the Abrivia Professional Services Group (includes Accountancy, Legal, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and Actuarial). He trained as a Chartered Accountant with a Top 10 Accountancy Firm before entering the recruitment sector. He has over 14 years’ recruitment experience working with many of the leading blue chip and Irish indigenous companies. Assignments that he has worked on include multinational start-​ups, executive search, high volume campaigns, contingency recruitment and outplacement engagements.
