We are fully insured and cater for insurance works such as Emergency Repairs from frost, storm damage or break-in’s. We undertake grant works such as SEAI’s Better Energy Homes Scheme and Local Authority Housing Adaptation Grant Schemes.

NWPM is owned and ran by Paul Keaveney. Experienced and skilled tradesmen carry out all works with any sub-​contract work passed only to trusted and reliable associates. As a result, our property maintenance services are extensive so we can cover anything and everything when it comes to maintaining your property.
