Mediation Services for all Family, Commercial & Workplace issues. The parties meet with a trained independent mediator who sits down with them and helps resolves all matters. All of our mediators are solicitors who worked in the courts for a number of years. Though no legal advice is given parties can draw on the mediator’s experience.
At the end the idea is that the mediator will draft up a document which is binding between the parties. The reason mediation works is because the parties are not forced to make any decisions but in fact determine the outcome themselves.
