These people are crooks. Got to counter to pick up car (through Great Value Vacations) and have a choice: a 3000. euro hold on my credit card or an exorbitant insurance fee (168 euros for 1 week to reduce hold to 1500 euros). Never had such stuff– and have rented in Ireland before, Scotland, italy, etc). Thieves. Refused insurance. We’ll see!

They’re cheap but crap. While all the other car rental desks have at least 2 – 3 open desks, dooley is understaffed with 1 person. This person is slow as hell. Next time i rather spend 5 € more and spend my holiday other than waiting in line. Dooley, you’ll never see me again
