Efficiency, superb service and excellent customer relations are probably the best words to describe this new business in Celbridge. It’s a smallish shop on the Maynooth Road, Celbridge, just beside Pouches Fuel Depot, but beautifully packed with shelffuls of all manner of IT apparatus, including a massive colourful display of mobile phone covers. I called in recently to enquire about getting a replacement screen for my iPhone 4 and a new cover (having already enquired from two other similar providers to my dissatisfaction which I won’t go into here!). I was truly astonished at the friendliness and efficient manner of Paul, the owner, who took my phone and asked me to call back in a half hour following which he would have replaced the screen with a genuine Apple screen. True to his word, I collected my phone in a half hour, completed clad in a sparkling new shiny screen! I am well known for my bargaining, and had no problem at all agreeing an incredible price of € 45 for the new screen plus a knocked down price for a fantastic new cover! Now that is what I’d call «superb customer service». Xpressfix Fix repair all manner of smartphones and other phones, as well as laptops and game consoles.
