Dr. Douglas McMillan D.

Business Owner

Dr. Douglas McMillan MIEMA, MSB, MIBI, MAEE, Grad IOSH, Fellow IITD has an Honours BSc in Biological Sciences, PhD in Environmental Science, NEBOSH Certificate & Diploma in Health & Safety and is a Certified Energy Manager in Training and Energy Agreements Support Manager for the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland. He has been training for more than two decades and has extensive experience in energy, environment, health and safety, laboratory and quality management systems and sustainability consultancy and training in the public and private sectors. As an active consultant, he brings a wealth of practical experience and extensive knowledge of best practice from a wide variety of sectors and industries to his work. Douglas is a qualified auditor of OHSAS 18 001, ISO 14 001, ISO 17 025, ISO 9001 and ISO 50 001 management systems, has extensive knowledge of environmental and health and safety legislation having developed registers of legislation for companies in diverse sectors.
