Ballinteer Hardware

This is a really small narrow hardware shop that packs lots of stuff in. It covers home wares, plumbing, paint, gardening and lots of other itty bitty hardware things. There is a good selection of pots and planters and small plants outside the front of the shop too and in the summer they makeup hanging baskets. It is a good shop when you can’t make it to Woodies and you have an urgent need for something but the prices in the shop are not as cheap as bigger shops. In my experience they are not willing to reduce prices either, I asked for a discount on a Christmas decoration last January and was refused, I know it might have been a cheeky request but I expected a bit of a discount considering the item was out of season!
