Friendly staff, solid pints, very local crowd. Free wifi too! Not much going on in Adare, but this place is good for some food or drink.

Pat Collins Bar is what a Pub should be. It’s friendly, offers a great pint and very well executed food. I had the Ham and Cabbage that was wonderful and I cleaned my plate pretty well. My wife had the Irish Stew and it was all it had to be, she absolutely loved it. Just very well done, what else can I say… Maybe that there is live Irish music on Fridays at 9pm? Just go and enjoy

Killer Irish stew and a short but sweet menu all around. Daily specials are to typically great. Ate here 5 out of 6 nights while in Adare. Excellent pub grub as we say back in the States and kid friendly to boot.
