I would say this spot is a 3.25 if I had an option to take a Unilocal star and saw it in half… and then in half again. You can just walk up, but I would suggest a reservation. When you show up, the entrance is simply a door and you will see it says«Press 1F» on the call box and they will buzz you in. You go up some stairs and someone will greet you at the host stand. One more flight of stairs took us to the reflexology foot space and I think another set of stairs would take you to the space you would go if you were having a massage, I think, The staff seemed nice and friendly. My husband had been here before by himself and they remembered him and seemed glad he was back. I asked and this operation has been open for three years. We went in simply for foot reflexology. Specifically, we always tend to ask to skip the head/shoulder rub, hand massage, etc. and simply focus on feet. As such, this service was top notch. I had a man working on my feet and he was excellent with firm pressure and working on the pressure points of my feet and legs. Some complain that it can be painful, because know that it often can be. Now everyone is different, but I welcome the«good pain» of things being worked on my feet to help all the ailments of my athletic beat up body. I was relaxed, I was comfortable and I felt I was in good hands. I did not see any other part of the building other than the foot reflexology space. It is dimly lit, but was more an attempt to be «zen» in design and esthetic was my impression. I did not think that the space was not clean, more felt just dark. The foot bath is a simple white sink that is in the floor versus a bucket of water they bring over, which was unusual. This was the only question in my head on clean(I could not see or know when the sink basin was last cleaned versus when you see the bucket delievered in front of you), but I suppose I had no reason to think it was not. The room felt comfortable with a narrow glass floor with water flowing through the floor, dark woods, Japanese type privacy screens between chairs, etc. There are eight chairs and if people were chatty, it could be a touch loud I suppose. The design feels structured(lots of hard edges in chairs and wood ceiling panels, etc), yet informal in many ways(scattered magazines, no uniform or anything for employees, casual rapport amongst staff we saw, etc). We were the only ones there at 7PM on a Sunday night. This place was good in the service and maybe more casual/relaxed in the atmosphere. The cost was I think $ 228HKD per person, prior to tip for 60 minutes of what we requested to be just feet. There are other places that are much nicer, more professional and formal(and I appreciate and enjoy those spots too) and we paid more for it, upwards of $ 300+ prior to tip for 45 – 50 minutes. We thought this was a better value for an actual service that was equal or better than fancier places.
