We stopped by for the afternoon special — everything was 40% off from 3:00 — 5:00pm. We ordered an assortment of sushi, all of which were delicious and nicely presented. I’ve never had veg-friendly versions of raw seafood before, and I was extremely impressed with the flavors and textures. While it’s been a while since I’ve had«real» sushi, my omnivore companions insisted that Ying’s offerings tasted like the real deal. I really enjoyed my afternoon snack here. Sushi offerings could be a bit expensive if you come during regular hours, so I would recommend coming for the afternoon special if you want to try sushi. The other items on the menu were affordable and looked on par price-wise with dishes at other veggie spots in HK. Note: they do use egg and cheese in some items, so vegans should inquire about specific offerings. The menus says as much, but I do wish they explicitly labeled which items contain animal ingredients.
