Haven’t got more business trips to Singapore and suddenly I missed the chicken rice there T_​_​_​T Looking up on the web and found this place at To Kwa Wan. The chef here had a chicken rice shop at Singapore before, but don’t get confused with the name of the restaurant, which he was not from Mandarin Oriential Singapore. And indeed, the chicken rice is just like those in Singapore — boneless and lean, with a choice of white chicken or grilled chicken. The chicken oil rice tastes so deliciously yummy XD. Just that I’m curious about the Bak-kut-teh…it’s the Malaysia style that’s rich in herbs and dark in color, not the Singapore style which should be rich in pepper and without herbs. Anyway, the Bak-​kut-​teh also tasted good.
