During my nine day trip in Hong Kong, I ate here thrice. The burgers were perfectly cooked wagyu beef, medium rare, and the best ones I’ve ever had that I didn’t cook myself. The chefs were obviously well trained — Foie gras was incredible, and they have Sam Adams on tap. Sweet potato fries were perfect. We also very much enjoyed the half rack of pork ribs, which were also cooked perfectly. my servers were Owen and Rowena, they were both good people, extremely cordial, respectable and spoke good English. May not be the lowest priced food around, but after numerous asian meals, it was so very nice to end an exhausting day in HK with a proper burger and fries and quality ice cold beer. i live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and i will most definitely return to The Lot on Possession the next time I’m in Hong Kong.

Three of us ordered: the full slab of pork rib, the Number 88 burger, and a Hawaiian pizza. We took home one slice of pizza, the fries from the ribs, and about half a slab of ribs. We devoured the rest. The pizza was yum. For what you can find in HK, this was a good one. Cheese and tomato sauce tasted like Stateside pizza on a cracker-like crust. The ribs were falling off the bone. One quarter of the ribs was more bones than meat, kinda sad. The burger is as tall as ones head. We shared it, but I was the one who ate most of it. It’s really a burger to be eaten in layers or with an unhinged jaw.

Close to my place this little bar/eatery Had a beer and a pasta carbonara total damage 227HKD! Pasta and beer not bad. But for a place like this way to expensive. Owner should considering to lower prices. Enough cheaper options all around. Value for money.

A hole in the wall. Reminds me of a dive bar but it’s an eatery instead. I’d say the burger was a okay. Not the best one. I believe it is missing more sauce(or should add sauce into it). The presentation came out pretty legit.

I want to give this place 3.5 stars. It wasn’t bad but it didn’t wow me either. Since this is a new place, I suppose they did not have operations down yet and still figuring out things along the way. I came with my colleagues yesterday, about 12 of us, for lunch and we occupied two tables. 80% of us ordered burgers cooked at different meat level. I ordered medium rare while everyone was medium or medium well. I should be one of the first to come out but my dish came last long after everyone started eating theirs. I had my colleague’s fries and they were cold. The only upside to waiting forever for my dish was that both my burgers and fries were hot. Buns were hot, it smelled very good. Now onto the burger. It was juicy, had a slap of coleslaw, cheese and bacon. The burger was good although humongous even by US standard which was mostly the meat patty(or maybe i’m used to HK sizes now). With the provided dressing, salt and a bit of ketchup, it tasted fine. However good burgers don’t need extra salt or dressing. The staff were very friendly and yes we did arrive with a party of 12 at once but as an establishment serving Western burgers, one should always be prepared for the moment. I followed up with a double expresso and the lunch was about $ 115 before tax. I would come back because its a nice and chic place and probably try the other dishes as i want to give this place other chance but as of now, my vote is between 3 and 4 stars. Not terrible, good enough for lunch but not memorable(except the size). I do hope it improves because I want to like this place.

This place is new. Definitely new. A month ago when I was around the neighborhood I did not even notice this place. If you do not know how to go to this place, notice that it is located right next to Butterfly On Hollywood Boutique Hotel. It is just around the corner. This is an Italian restaurant and its burgers taste like heaven! I have to say that it is among the same level as the Burgeroom in Causeway Bay but slightly fancier than just a burger joint. Since its alcohol license is still under application period. You can now bring your own drinks.(7 – 11 is just close by if you don’t mind people looking at you weird). The interior design is rather cozy with red bricks on the wall and wooden stools next to the bar. It is definitely a nice place to chill with your friends and colleagues. On the menu there are over a dozen of different burgers and the price range is between HKD$ 100 to HKD$ 200. At first I was rather taken back by the price but after trying it I would say I was rather pleased with it. I tried the Number 1 Burger mainly because I did not want to spend that much and I was not sure about its quality since it was new. It was made of Wagyu beef, cheese and relish. Later it was served on a rather huge chopping board and I was surprised how big this burger was! The paddy was juicy and very thick with nice tenderness. The buns were too very delicious. Overall I am definitely coming back in a month to try out other dishes!
