I’m a fan of this place because I was able to purchase two books for very reasonable prices while waiting at the airport for my flight to take off. Not only did I find books at good prices but I found neck pillows which were cheaper and more comfortable than the one I brought with me. I almost wanted to throw mine away and buy one of theirs. It was also clean, fast and friendly customer service, I saw no issues from my view point.

This was a very pricey book store in the middle of the Hong Kong Mall/​Airport. There were so many people here just shopping it really seemed more like a mall than an airport to me. No one was friendly to say the least. Everyone and I mean everyone was pushing a cart for Gods Sake. A CART! In the airport. WTF.
I just don’t get it at all. But at least it was clean and they did have english reading material. I can at least say I went in and looked around. Not much else here.
