The Char Siu(barbecued pork) is gorgeous, nice taste of their special ingredients well balanced with honey taste on the surface. As per conversation with their manager, the chef was recruited from a hotel whom in-charge of making Cantonese roasted meat, and therefore well experienced in making Char Siu. They also serve a special combination of Char Siu and HK style curry, while the slightly hot curry poured on the sweet Char Siu. The portion might be a bit too much, good to request less rice if you are not a rice lover. Cleanliness is acceptable but a bit oily on the floor as expected from most of the Cantonese café. The area of café is not big which contains approximately 22 seats at max. While you should expect the café is nearly full during normal lunch hour like 13:00 — 14:00 and requires waiting. The manager is able to introduce the dishes in English, although they have no English menu provided. Therefore feel free to requesting an introduction if you cannot read their menu. For payment, they accept cash and Octopus cards which is quite convenient in Hong kong.
