Gerard Ward has been a Mortgage Broker for 16 years. He started his first 10 years in the UK helping UK clients obtain residential, commercial and buy to let property mortgages. He has been living in Hong Kong for the last 6 years and helps offshore UK expats and overseas residents in Asia and Worldwide to obtain residential, investment and commercial mortgages. He can assist with secured loans, bridging finance and with specialist life insurance products
