This is a hidden gem in Sai Kung. As this is highly rated in Unilocal,I think I have to try it out. And indeed, the food quality is superb, comparable to a those Michelin starred restaurant.
Highly recommend the French-​Chinese fusion duck, which is slow-​cooked for 4 hours such that the sauce is fully infused to the duck. Glad that we have ordered plain rice so to enjoy every drop of the sauce which is so delicious! The veggie Choi Sum seems plain, but the baby Choi Sum is grown locally at Sha Tin and is very fresh. Forget to mention the appetiser, the hand shredded chicken with rice roll is made of yellow chicken, which is not too common as white chicken comes more handy nowadays. I appreciate the chef’s effort in making all the dishes so perfect!

This is such a treat. You need to try this place if you come to Sai Kung. Sai Kung is known for seafood, but this places produces food that has an old world quality. Everything is done to the utmost standard.
Try the tea, and especially see if you can order several dishes ahead of time. Depending on the type of food, some can be ordered a few days early, and some need 1.5 weeks of planning.
The owner is art director, and the décor shows. The place has a wall of books with very INTERESTING content. Paul’s mission is to bring the elegance and sophistication to everyday Chinese food.
