We met a friend and resident of Hong Kong here for drinks. They have a great selection of beer and the wine selections are adequate. It wasn’t crowded at 4:15 pm, so we had a nice table near the front. The service was good, the Stella was cold, and the company was good. We noticed that the attractive staff all spoke English… Thank you! We will come back here the next time we are in Hong Kong.

Stumbled upon this bar while in the Jordan area. Like the other reviewers mention it is a dive and reeks of cigarettes. Apparently, I’ve been living in the US too long and forgot you can smoke in bars still! They had some special on Blue Girl… or some Blue brand beer… I ended up getting a San Mig which ended up costing me 67HKD. Really? They’ve karoke on Friday nights with the mic being passed around. It is really just a dive bar with karoke and free wi-fi.

I love taking people here just visiting HK. Being a total gweilo-can’t-speak-a-word-of-cantonese ‘Murican, this place is fun to bring people to as Hong Kong’s answer to the dive bar. It’s smokey as ALL. HELL. so if that bothers you, steer clear of here for suuuuuure. It’s not my favorite aspect of the place, but it doesn’t bother me so much that I wouldn’t give it four stars and keep comin’ back. The main attractions: buckets of beer and darts. Simple, no frills. My kinda spot. It’s a total local spot and I feel a bit out of place going in, but everyone is super nice and I always end up talking to someone! Beware — some nights are booked for… I don’t want to say a private event, but it seemed like maybe a darts league game going on??? Due to the language barrier I wasn’t exactly sure wtf was going on, but last time I went in we were told they were closed to the public that night. Bummer! I’m sure there was a sign right on the door, but in Chinese, so my ignorant butt waltzed in :) Cool spot for a cold one and some conversation before hittin’ up the night market for some delicious eats!

Dive bar/pub right off Jordan with cheap beer and darts. If you’re like me then this place will feel right at home. Darts are the focus here. Everyone is good, but some are amazing. Don’t challenge one of these all-stars unless you are very confident in your game. The karaōke machine provides a stream of mostly older selections that provide some good background. Occasionally the owner will grab the mic and croons along. Recommended if you like darts or dive bars.

I have to say that it isn’t easy to find a pub around the Jordan area? I guess most people either drink at home or at restaurants and eateries given the lax liquor laws here. Anyway, we were looking to kill a few hours before dinner and walked around for quite a while before stumbling upon this pub which was just opening up at 6pm. It’s an old school pub with wooden furnishings, happy hour and darts(although of the electronic variety). It also has that typical pub smell … stale beer mixed with cigarette smoke. The beers are cheap and you get freebie snacks to go with them. There is music and a jukebox to entertain as you down the drinks and wile away the time. It does have a homely feel to it as it appears to be run by mum/dad and the kids.
