Best way to get to Hong Kong Disneyland. Even the train windows are in the shape of Mickey mouse heads. That was very cool. Can’t go wrong with it.

It is so awesome that there is a MTR that goes straight to Disneyland.
The train is kept clean and tidy. The inside of the train is decorated with different bronze disney character figurines, little mickey mouse handles for those passengers who are standing and they windows are also mickey shaped.
They couldn’t have made this ride any better than it already is :)

It’s a Hong Kong MTR train but Disney themed! C’mon, what is not to love about that. The Disney line can only be caught at the Sunny Bay MTR Station so find your way over to Sunny Bay and transfer over to the Disneyland Resort line to get on the train to HK Disneyland.
The windows and hand rings are Mickey shaped. There is also random Disney memorabilia and figures throughout the train.
The ride is several minutes long before you arrive at the Disneyland Resort Station so soak it all in. I definitely did!

While it does make perfect sense, I found it interesting there is a specifically customized MTR train for the line out to HK Disneyland. Mickey Mouse shaped windows and grab rings for those standing, as well as other Disney specific details. But I guess that’s part of the experience when you are going to Disneyland, right?
I like how so VERY easy it is to go to HK Disney from anywhere in Hong Kong! Just take the MTR to the Sunny Bay Station, then take the Disneyland Resort train which goes… you guessed it, only to and from HK Disney. Travel time is pretty quick too, just 6 minutes each way.
OVERALL: There are a number of ways to get to HK Disneyland, motorcycle, private car, taxi or bus. The best way however, is to take advantage of Hong Kong’s excellent public transportation system and take the MTR!
