History

Established in 2015.

HOTSHOT, the new all-​day American diner in Repulse Bay; is inspired by the restless attitude and badass exploits of surfers and skaters.

Paying tribute to surf and skate Californian shacks, Hotshot provides Hongkongers with classic American comfort food. From burgers and milkshakes to modern new American cuisine, Hotshot combines quality ingredients at a reasonable price topped with a great vibe.
