心燒食堂

今次去心燒食堂，純粹為左嗰兩隻小克x心燒食堂酒杯，連review 都冇睇就狗衝上去。但為左小克(心心眼)冇計。冇諗過食物甘有驚喜。
講番食物，我覺得芝士年糕一般，可以唔嗌(除非閣下係無芝不歡).但個燒牛舌真係好好味，厚很嚟又juicy, 咸味亦剛剛好，有咬口很嚟又唔會死嚼唔爛。大推！！
炸物方面炸廣島蠔亦係一個值得推介o既小食，鍾意食蠔o既我覺得一客兩個人share 好滿足，但其實一客有成差不多五，六舊，幾個人share 都okay.
另外我試左葡萄豚肉卷，食落好特別，我覺得兩者意外地夾，如果要形容的話，個after taste 有少少似臘腸同蜜汁豬肉乾。
個心燒燒蝦串就有少少失望，唔難食但同我期望有出入囉。個殼略嫌過咸，肉質亦唔夠鮮甜。
黑松露炒蟹肉飯好香，值得一讚係黑松露相當大pat ，蟹肉亦唔少。飯粉粒粒分明，個賣相真係好靚又香。但食落個黑松露味就冇睇落去甘有驚喜，但呢個價錢嚟講係一個幾抵食o既選擇。兩個人食啱啱好。
最後講一講我全晚至愛就係個燒白鱔，外皮香脆，蜜汁流到碟邊都係。個魚肉好嫩滑又多汁，必定會成為我每次去必食之選！

I came across this restaurant’s promotion page on one of the biggest social media platform and I guess many did as well. I went there last March which was my birthday and they said they would serve free uni for the celebrants. Given the reviews were rather positive and who could turn down a free uni honestly? So here I came.
I went to Causeway Bay to wait for my friend to leave work. Surprisingly she could leave early that day around 6:30 so we went there, unfortunately we made reservation at 8 instead so we just tired our luck. It was around 6:45 and the restaurant was already packed and sadly they could not give us a table until 8 so we waited.
After a while, we got seated and we checked out the menu. The price was very reasonable and there were lots of different choices including skewers which I love. We ordered quite a lot of food and all were very delicious (though it took a while to get the food), I strongly recommend the grilled Ox Tongue, grilled Scallop as they were very juicy.
The moment of truth, the uni came. (Notice the promotion ended in June but check out their page and they have different promotion from time to time) The uni was much better than expected given it was free; but you could tell by the picture how good that was!
This is a really nice place, very nice boss and staff and the food is amazing. I will give it a go again soon!
