Why this place? Over the past few months whenever I asked my friends for hairdressers recommendation they all co-​incidentally recommended this Korean salon! So I thought, okay, even though I am not a big fan of Korean style/​beauty, I will keep it a try!
My first impression was «wow, this place is legit authentic.» All hairdressers are Korean and they only speak Korean! When I arrived there were a few Koreans waiting for haircut too. Communication is not a problem though because there are translators (usually the receptionist) to help you communicate with the hairdresser. I was being served by the hairdresser named Alex. I had my hair coloured and cut and it was completed in less than 2 hours. He gives pretty good hair colour suggestions too.
The result? You know when you watch those Kpop music videos you see all these girls with voluminous hair? Thats pretty much what you get! They don’t seemed to like having a lot of layers but rather focusing on keeping the volume of your hair. If thats the hairstyle that you are after, this place would be a good choice to try.
My hairdresser also styled my hair with beautiful natural curves which I ended up flipping my hair all-​day-​long.
Tip: Book for earlier session as they tend to get busy in the afternoon. You can also read their other services and price on the website.
