Mediocre quality food served at the steamboat buffet & the servers will forget to bring items you ordered. Drinks are diluted, cannes drinks tasted better. Servers are extremely busy thus unfriendly, but yet they insist on a 10% service charge. The buffet price only includes a bowl of soya sauce, fresh chilli and garlic are additional charge; what is steamboat w/​o the necessary condiments and in HK… I think the whole setup is to discourage you from eating your fill in your 2-​hr allocated time.
