Lots and lots of hand roll options.
Be prepared to wait on line for a while though, but it’s worth it. I came for the UNI handroll, but also tried a spicy salmon handroll and the spicy salmon actually ended up even better! They put a wasabi mayo mixture sauce, and it was so tasty!
A bit overpriced for HK street food at 50HKD for the uni hand roll and I believe 30HKD for the other, but still very fresh and delicious.
If you’re a sushi lover like me, their hand rolls won’t let you down.
