Fairview Park Country Club

Now this place you can only dine here if you are a member of the club or if someone you know who is a member here.
Located in the centre of Fairview Park, a housing development that is like a country club setting.
The food is Chinese Cantonese varieties. The dim sum is definitely much better than the other Chinese restaurant in Fairview Park, since there are only two.
For example, both the Shrimp Dumpling and Pork Dumpling, you can actually see a whole shrimp wrapped inside the dumpling.
It is all good, yummy in my tummy.

Fairview Park Club House is a really just a two stories restaurant within the Fairview Park gated community, and you can take bus shuttles from places throughout Yuen Long or taxi to get here. It is mostly filled with local residents and their guests. If you wish to avoid a high non-​member fee when you receive your bill, be sure to have someone with a club membership to dine here.
During morning and early afternoon hours, they have Dim Sum upstairs. They offer the basic here for dim sum and do not have much specialty here, but the quality had been consistently on the good side. I believe the membership also cut down the noise level unlike the main city dim sum restaurants. They keep the décor modestly traditional upstairs for the «Yum Cha» scene.
At late afternoon and dinner time, they have the downstairs restaurant open, and their menu offered coffees & drinks, a variety of mixed western dishes, and some Southeast Asian dishes. I believe they changed menu items every now and then. Flavor had been acceptable here, and the décor was trendier downstairs.
If you have family and friends that lives in this area, I highly recommend the club house to meet and dine.
