We went to Chung Chau for the Bun Festival. After traversing insane crowds in the beating sun, we were ready for some food!
After perusing the outdoor seafood restaurants, we decided to duck into some air conditioning and chose Cheng Mai Thai Restaurant.
We were drawn by the cooks who barbecue the pork and chicken right out front. Absolutely a must to get these succulent morsels of skewered meat.
Next time you’re in Chung Chau, be sure to indulge.

Speedy service, friendly staff dealing with unfriendly customers, and very deliciously spicy food. They also have set meals for groups and lunch sets. Would come back!
