Cambo Thai Restaurant

Kowloon City is known for many good eateries, especially Thai restaurants! Cambo Thai is definitely my top choice for good Thai food of great value.
Cambo Thai has two storefronts next to each other. The restaurants are not connected but they share the same kitchen and there’s a long hole in the wall where dishes and bills are passed back and forth.
The must-​eats at Cambo Thai are the prawn sashimi and the deep-​fried shrimp balls. I really enjoy how the deep-​fried shrimp balls are hot and chewy, with some special sauce filled inside them.
This time we ordered some stir-​fried spicy flat rice noodles with beef. They used real chilli to stir fry and it really gave it a kick! Make sure you don’t accidentally bite some chilli as they will leave your tongue numb! While things are getting spiced up, I suggest you order a fresh young coconut to cool you down.
The only thing I dislike about this place is that it’s quite crowded and you’re most likely sitting side by side or back to back with others. It’s not a good place if you want to catch up with friends but otherwise the food and price is great!
