I haven’t had the fresh meals (yet), and the prepared sandwiches aren’t always great, but I respect that this place values healthy options.
I’ve stopped in for a afternoon sandwich/​wrap as a snack and they were your standard, made daily prepared meal — enough for what I needed. The bread in the breakfast sandwich was a little soggy and sandwich overall lacking in flavor, but it was the healthy option.
The first time I ventured in to Café O was because I heard that carry the Pure Swell drinks (local HK, vegan, organic juices). The supply is sometimes limited, but guess that’s expected when the drinks only have a 3-​day self life.
I like knowing that Café O is available as a healthier option (or at least a place that is aware of healthiness) but mostly just for a quick snack or takeaway.

Hong Kong
Although their service is slow and their foods are overpriced, I love the branding and relaxed atmosphere of Café O. They are really accommodating to the bums who buy a cup of coffee and expect to hog a table for the whole day (like me). Ever seat has access to a power outlet and they even offer universal adapters. Also, no one pesters you to buy more drinks or rushes you to give them their table back.
I specifically like this Café O because there is an balcony that you can sit at if the indoor part gets too cold or if the weather is nice enough to sit outside. There are smokers out there though so if that’s not your thing then I would avoid it.
Food wise, I would recommend their smoothies. I particularly enjoy the school bus.
