Ok. So the customer service isn’t great but as far as the products they carry, you can find pretty much everything in this baby superstore. Its similar to the USA version of BabysRUs or BuyBuyBaby.
You can also find a good amount of BASIC maternity clothing here: Underwear, swimsuits, blouses, basic dresses, workout clothing, tights, jeans… I would say that the pricing is fair.
You can also find toys and audio music and or books.
They only accept credit cards for purchases over $ 100HKD.
I personally prefer coming here over Baby Eugene.

As I’ve explained in other reviews, I’m a part-​time nanny (and full-​time crazy aunt) to my baby nephew. This entails getting involved with the whole baby process, pre– and post-​labour. Bumps to Babes is very similar to Mothercare, and located in Central and Ap Lei Chau. First big problem is that it has no online store — you can see the products, but you have to physically go into the shop to get the products. This made it really inconvenient for my sister, brother-​in-​law, and I — as we all live in Tung Chung and wanted a little prior knowledge of what we were looking for. Their main store in Ap Lei Chau is pretty far for me, so I joined my sister and brother-​in-​law for baby shopping when they offered to go to the closer and more convenient Pedder Building Branch.
What we came to find was that Bumps to Babes has EVERYTHING. It has all the small essentials like clippers and inhalants, to jumbo toys. There’s also a lot of stuff for mums like maternity wear, maternity bras — all good quality. What isn’t so great about this store is that it’s pretty messy, and not particularly well-​stocked. Yes, there’s variety to the point you’re a little overwhelmed, but you really have to get hands-​on and dig through the piles of merchandise to find what you’re looking for. The prices of some products are also not that much different from Mothercare, so perhaps think twice before heading to the Ap Lei Chau store unless you’ve got a list of specifics and a spinach-​can full of Popeye determination. Our most recent purchase was a pushchair which was a steal compared to some other brands, but excellent quality — light and easy to manœuvre.
Some other good points — you can breastfeed in the changing rooms, and it’s very child-​friendly with a toy section for the kids to get lost in for years.

Unfortunately if you have, or are about to have, a baby or young child in Hong Kong this is the store to know! Bumps 2 Babes stocks it all.
Maternity clothes, nursery furniture, strollers, nappies, clothes and toys. Not to mention all the other weird (and sometimes wonderful but more often than not totally useless and unnecessary) STUFF that seems to be required by the very young.
It has the most extensive range of UK sourced nappies (Pampers) of all the baby stores in Central and by far and away the biggest range of food and snacks for toddlers. It’s impossible to visit this place and come out empty handed — and that’s without even venturing near the toy section.
Prices are good — particularly if you have a ‘privileges’ card (which you get once spending reaches a certain amount) so once you know you’re going to need them, go early, go often and save your receipts to get start getting your discount as soon as possible.
I say unfortunately because the place is, ironically, a nightmare to negotiate with a stroller and the staff– although very friendly– aren’t actually that helpful.
Because you will end up in this shop at some point if you have a baby, I’ll let you in on a secret: you don’t have to lug your pram up the stairs of the Pedder Building! If you go round the back to Theatre Lane (the street where all the shoe shiners are) there’s a goods lift through the doorway next to the currency exchange, and when you get to Level 5, go in the back door by the nappies rather than try and fight your way through boxes to get to the front.
