Very nice lunch buffet selection with several add-​on options, including delicious and sizeable steaks or toasty panini. The «salad bar» includes salumi and composed salads. Service is standard HK quality and the other patrons all seemed to eyeball other customers even more obviously than usual for a Central lunch.

I came here for dinner three nights ago, and I’m still full from it!
The five of us shared bruschetta (it comes with four but they added one more for us), the cured meats (a great curated selection), and the meatballs for appetizer. They also brought out some veggies and dip before we ordered (which I had never seen done before) along with bread.
The highlight of the night was the steaks of course. We shared the florentina (aka the porterhouse. A 32oz wagyu beast) and a filet. The meats came on a cutting board already cut, so the sharing was easy. They were perfectly seasoned, tender, and flavorful. We had roasted veggies and creamed spinach as sides. The latter was addictive!
Chef Todd was around to explain their meat selection when I walked around to check them out in the case. We didn’t get to send our regards to him, as we stayed late and were the last to leave. Todd, if you’re reading this, hail to the chef!
We went without a reservation and were seated right away. It was a Thursday night, but we had gotten there around 9 which might explain the vacancy. It’s a great option for groups and celebratory dinners :)

It’s really painful for me to give a 5 stat and write a review for this restaurant.
This is arguable one of my favorite and, I don’t want to recommend it to people because the reservation to it is already tough enough.
The best part of it, the semi buffet lunch! It’s the best deal in town, compared to other anti-​pasti buffets in central (lupa, press room, etc). They have fabulous selection made with quality ingredients. They make a killer chicken salad and hot beef salad. For something like $ 40 extra you can a huge chicken pesto sandwich too! So for less than $ 170, you can lunch and a sandwich to go for dinner. Sweet!
