This place may be called ‘Gugu Soy’ but perhaps a more fitting name would have been ‘Gaga Soy’ as it will leave you Gaga for more Soy pudding (Chinese name: Tofu Fa)! You can either buy one serving for $ 8 HK dollars or a refillable bowl for $ 12. The Tofu Fa is the most beautifully smooth, hot and delicate of its kind that I could ever imagine. They also have a black sesame flavoured version which is included in the refillable deal and is a pleasant alternative as the flavour is subtle and it looks equally appealing. The problem with coming across such a perfectly prepared renowned recipe is that all other attempts at making it will pale in comparison.
