Super cheap and really good! I was craving ramen after eating dim sum 3 days in a row. For about 7 – 8USD, you can get yourself a huge bowl of ramen with the PERFECT broth. It wasn’t too salty, nor too bland. –1 star because I was waiting outside since 11 and the lady wouldn’t let me in until 11:15(they open at 11)

I’ve been to some great ramen places throughout and was very interested in my experience here. We walked in and the place was a typical«ramen» environment, smaller place with people packed in, which is always a good sign. We ordered and the food portion was very generous. They had the traditional ramen with the option to add to other items. I ordered the Ajisen ramen and it was surprisingly tasty. The noodles were cooked al dente which is how I recommend to everyone. The service was somewhat friendly, actually more tolerant than anything else. We did have a larger party(6 people) and I could tell they were frustrated and impatient in the way they served us. The good thing was the menu was also in English, which was very tourist friendly. The food did take a while to come out, not sure if all the complications or challenges they were facing. Overall, the price was fair, service was fair, and the food was good. I would give them a 3.5 star so I rounded up the rating to 4. If you enjoy food ramen, go enjoy and walk off the food afterwards by shopping on the strip.

Good ramen with great portions for the price(not expensive, nor inexpensive) and clean location. Noodles were little bit firm, the way I liked it and was very filling as toppings are also served plentifully. Service good, would probably return as it is also easy to find on Nathan Road.

Ordered the flagship ramen, Ajisen Ramen, and pretty surprised to see that Hong Kong made delicious ramen. In addition, the crab and corn salad appetizer was a good end of meal refresher. The ramen contained a perfectly cooked, yellow-orange center and tender pork. The broth was rich and meaty, not as oily to what I am use to. The noodles themselves had been cooked a bit over al dente, but retained the broth very well. Delicious and simple ramen. My only recommendation for the restaurant would be to lower the cooking time of the ramen and increase the flavor of the broth(near perfect, but trimming the green onions smaller and adding more garlic is always good). The restaurant has both English and Chinese on its menu, so very tourist friendly. Feel free to stop by after shopping on Mongkok’s Nathan Road.
